Bespoke Wedding Planning
From the moment you choose SYI to help plan your Big Day you are in safe hands. Our bespoke planning service allows us to take our clients through the planning process step by step, from initial design right up to the day itself. This starts with an initial consultation we will determine your personal tastes and preferences, any plans and ideas you may already have. This allows us to get to know you and how you envisage your day.
This is a bespoke service tailored to your exact requirements. You may want to, or already have arranged some aspects of your day by yourself. After the initial consultation we will provide a detailed proposal specifically for you. Your proposal will include theme design, venue search, dress search, budget management, stationery and RSVP management, supplier search, venue dressing, etiquette advice, administrative support and much more. As this service is bespoke, fees vary widely.
As a guide you should allow 10% of your overall budget with a minimum fee of £1000.
On the Day
On the day coordination is for those who have everything booked and paid for but want to ensure that months of delicate planning come together perfectly with no last minute hiccups.
We will meet with you around one month before your wedding to discuss your plans and take details of all your suppliers. We will then generate the all important timing sheet and send a copy to everyone involved in the day.
On the day you will have a driver available from first thing in the morning to drive you to any hair appointments, or to do last minute running around for those guests that may have forgotten essential items
We will work behind the scenes ensuring everything from flowers to entertainment runs to schedule. We also come armed with an emergency toolkit preparing us for minor dress repairs, wilting flowers, creased linens and so on. We remain on hand for you until right up to the first dance, allowing you to relax and enjoy the most important day of your life.
On The Day Coordination: from £350
Venue Sourcing
Finding a wedding venue that meets all of your requirements can be a daunting task at best. From country mansions and castles to churches, hotels and restaurants we endeavour to find you the perfect venue in the perfect location for both your ceremony and reception.
After discussing your exact requirements we will carry out an extensive search and where necessary make site visits and carry out full inspections. We will then provide you with a comparison of the venues that best suit your requirements and book appointments for you to visit. Once you have decided on a venue, we will help you book it.
Venue Search: £150 per 3 venues plus travel expenses
Individual Item Sourcing
An important part of your wedding is finding suppliers that suit your personal tastes and requirements. Sometimes the choices are endless yet sometimes it can seem almost impossible to find suppliers where your requirements are very specific. Either way reaching a decision is difficult. After discussing your requirements we will conduct a search and provide you with a breakdown of the most suitable three of any supplier type.
This can include the following:
 Caterers
Photographers
Videographers
Florists
Stationers
Entertainment
Accessories
Transport
Hair and Make Up Artists
Supplier Search: £150 per 3 suppliers
All services may be tailored to your specific requirements.
